Wasn't That a Time! is a 1982 documentary film capturing The Weavers' historic reunion concert at Carnegie Hall in 1980, featuring founding members Pete Seeger, Lee Hays, Ronnie Gilbert, and Fred Hellerman. The film documents both the legendary 1955 Carnegie Hall concert (through archival footage) and their triumphant 1980 return after years of blacklisting during the McCarthy era. Guest appearances include Arlo Guthrie, Don McLean, Holly Near, and Peter, Paul & Mary, celebrating the group's enduring influence on American folk music.
