"The Third Book of Individual Open Salts" is a continuation in kind of "One Thousand Individual Open Salts Illustrated" published in 1972 and "650 More Individual Open Salts Illustrated" published in 1973, and is one of a series of 10 books that were originally printed from 1972 to 1984. It focuses as did the two previous books on bringing to our readers examples of open individual salts with descriptions and comment. Additionally, this book includes sections on doubles, sets of salts in original cases, pairs of master and matching individual salts and specimens of unusual spoons. The nearly twenty-three hundred salts pictured in our three books surely do not include all the open individual salts extant, but hopefully they are duly representative examples in their respective categories.

Overall very good for age. Cover had some surface tearing that was carefully taped (as clearly seen in photos). Binding fully intact.
