Quick Release Plate for Albinar 9900 Tripod with PH-358 PH-358Q Head (see notes)
This quick release plate is for the Albinar tripod that is fitted with the PH-358 or PH-358Q head (typically the Albinar 9900tripod)
Base is 50mm x 58mm
Top is 42mm x 70mm
Features a 1/4"-20 thumb camera screw, an alignment pin, and non-slip surface (may vary between cork or black rubber),
Please measure carefully. Width left to right is 50mm (2") and Length front to back is 58mm (2.25")
Note: Quick Release Plate fits the Albinar PH358 / PH358Q Head ONLY. Some Albinar 9900 tripods came with different heads and require a different quick release plate.
A quick release plate will attach to the camera's tripod mount and allows you to quickly and easily attach or remove the camera from a compatible tripod without having to waste time fumbling with the threaded mount.
Having the same number of quick release plates as the number of cameras and/or large telephoto lenses in use allows you to leave one on each, enabling the rapid change of equipment with minimal fuss, essential for the professional or advanced amateur photographer. Always good to have a spare.
