This is a Quick Release Plate for the Davis & Sanford Vista Voyager Lite tripod with the BHQ8A ball head. Model # BHQ8A
This is for the LATEST Vista Voyager Lite with the BHQ8A ball head.
IMPORTANT NOTE: This tripod was sold with two DIFFERENT ball heads that use DIFFERENT Quick release plates.
There is both this one for the BHQ8A and a different one for a BHQ8.
Please look at photos so you don't think this is for the BHQ8 (without the A)
If that is what you have, we have the correct quick release plate for the BHQ8 here
It has a 1/4"-20 camera screw

A quick release plate will attach to the camera's tripod mount and allows you to quickly and easily attach or remove the camera from a compatible tripod without having to waste time fumbling with the threaded mount.
Having the same number of quick release plates as the number of cameras and/or large telephoto lenses in use allows you to leave one on each, enabling the rapid change of equipment with minimal fuss, essential for the professional or advanced amateur photographer. Always good to have a spare.
