Phone holder accommodates phones up to the size of an iPhone 11 Pro Max or XS Max, or any phone up to 4.13" wide.
Note: This is not the original Quantaray plate, but it has the same fit, just no level on the plate.

Has a 1/4"-20 thumb screw and alignment pin
A quick release plate will attach to the camera's tripod mount and allows you to quickly and easily attach or remove the camera from a compatible tripod without having to waste time fumbling with the threaded mount.
